•Lead the sales team and ensure performance is in line with companies’ vision and mission
•Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
•Engaging with client’s finance teams on regular basis to realize invoices, maintain client relations to maintain credit days under control
•Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
•Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
•Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
•Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing
•Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
•Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
•Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Desired skill set & experience
•Minimum experience of 7 years selling products/services relevant to Construction/Mining/Infrastructure related clients preferred.
•Excellent written and verbal communication.
•Must have good negotiation skills
•Must be able to create good presentations and excellent interpersonal skills
•Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
•Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work under pressure on tight deadlines
•Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) experience preferred
•Strong leadership and team building skills
