Role Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management
  • Ariba End to End process (Bid desk requests, creation of PR/PO, follow up with respective teams for approvals, PO receipt)
  • Invoice query resolution (Coordination with the Finance/Procurement/vendor teams to get the issue resolved)
  • Coordination and Maintenance of the software Inventory and renewing the licenses/services as needed by closely working with the Leadership Management
  • Processing Q2B requests as per the incoming requests and updating on the SharePoint.
  • Timesheet Management / Cost Management by closely working with the Finance teams and the Leadership Management.
  • SharePoint Access / Maintenance
  • Stakeholder Management (working with cross-functional teams for any project related queries)
  • Project Reporting & Necessary documentation
  • Cost estimating and developing the budget
  • Analyzing and managing project risk
  • Costs management: Planning and estimating costs, and determining budgets
  • Scope management: Defining and managing scope, creating a work breakdown structure (WBS), and requirements gathering.
